Mr. Xu has more than 15 years of senior healthcare management and project management experienced at Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University. University of Hong Kong’s Shenzhen Hospital and Taikang Home (Beijing) Investment Company Limited. He is currently the Co-Founder and General Manager of Guangzhou Haisen Health Industry Research Center.

Due to his healthcare experience and strong academic background, he was selected and invited by the Guangdong Health Bureau to become the Vice-President of Guangdong Provincial Health Economic Research Institute, the Committee Member of the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission Professionals Library, and the Associate Researcher of the International Research Institute of Health Law of Southern Medical University.

He has authored and published two renowned books in China, "Insurance Beyond Competition – Case Studies for Hospital Management" and "Hospital Investment and Operations among Chinese Hospitals." These books have also been used widely as textbooks for a number of post-graduate university’s healthcare management programs.

He is also currently a popular consultant for government bureaus, private corporations, local and public hospitals, insurance companies and healthcare investors leading in medical programs’ business modelling, market feasibility studies, pension planning and services integration projects with due consideration the optimistic bright future growth of healthcare in China.

Mr. Xu obtained his MBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University (China) and BS in Biopharmaceutical and Business Management from South China University of Technology (China).
