Allied Success Management Limited (“ASM”) is founded by a group of highly experienced healthcare industry and investment professionals. Most of our team members have more than 15 years healthcare research, management and investment expertise.
While our research and management consultancy company has been newly established in 2017, in the past, as individual professionals, we have been involved in investment and development of hospitals, medical centers, clinics, retirement villages, elderly nursing centers and health & wellness facilities.

Education: Doctor of Clinical Medicine, Southern Medical University (Guangzhou)
Work Experience: Dr. Geng is currently a doctoral tutor at Southern Medical University, where he was the former President. In addition, he is also the Executive VP of the Council of China’s Hospital Administration, Deputy Director of Committee of China’s Hospital Society Medical Legal Matters, VP of Guangdong Medical Association and Guangdong branch Medical Association Evidence-Based Medicine. In the past, he was the Chairman and also the VP of Guangdong Provincial Hospital Association.
He has more than 30 years healthcare management experience. In recent years, he has been invited as the lead researcher in many hospital related projects which include the research project on efficient operations management and the reconstruction and expansion project for Guizhou Power Hospital and consultant on the strategic planning of South China Hospital in Dazhou, Sichuan province.
Work Experience: Mr. Wu is one of the first batch of hospital chief accountants appointed by the Mainland Chinese Government. He has been invited to serve as the fifth, sixth and seventh Executive Director of the Guangdong Provincial Health Economics Association, the Deputy Director of Guangdong Provincial Health Accounting Committee, the Deputy Director of Guangdong Provincial Medical Service Pricing Committee, and the Committee Member of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Performance Management and Evaluation Committee
He has also served as the Executive Member of National Health and Family Planning Commission, “Health Development Research Center National Public Hospitals Costing Management,” Professional Performance Network, Business Professional Network, Internal Audit Health Network, and adjunct lecturer at Business Professional Network, professional expert of Guangdong Provincial Health Economics Association, the Second Chief of the Chief Accountant and Party Committee at Second People's Hospital of Shanwei City, Guangdong Province (three-level hospitals).
He has more than 30 years of healthcare management and has solid academic foundation in hospital financial systems, hospital accounting systems and other financial management matters. He has also continuously been invited by the China Health Economics Association, China Hospital Association and other academic organizations to lead in financial management training for many years.
He has published many academic papers on hospital management in the Chinese Health Economics, the Health Economic Research, Chinese Hospital Management, Hospital Leadership Decision Reference, Modern Hospital Management and many other academic journals. He has also edited and published Wu Dachun Chief Accountant Financial Intelligence, Modern Hospital Financial Management Practice and Small and Medium Hospital Mechanism Innovation and Management.
In recent years, he has been employed by many hospitals and hospital consulting management companies as perennial financial management consultants, and has extensive experience in hospital financial management consulting.

Work Experience: Mr. Wu was the former Vice-President of Guangzhou Micro Medicine, an on-line hospital, Lecturer of Marketing at the School of Health Management, Southern Medical University, and Co-Founder of 360 Internet Cancer Hospital. He was awarded the 6th "Xue Muqiao (薛暮桥) Research Award" and has a solid professional expertise in hospital investment and operation.
Mr. Wu also has extensive experience in hospital operations management. He has served as Operations Manager at PC online operator, Reporter of New Express and Director of Media Relations, Brand Management and Customer Service Center at Southern Medical University’s Cancer Center. He has more than 8-years work experience in branding management, internet medicine operations and related marketing communications, patient relations service and network promotion.
He has also published an article in China Hospital Investment and Operations and was the deputy editor of Beyond Competition: Cases of Hospital Management and Management.
Project Experience: He has participated in the consultancy on hospital construction of several large enterprises such as China Southern Power Grid and Guangzhou Iron and Steel Group, and has in-depth research on hospital PPP (public private partnerships).
Education: Bachelor of Clinical Medicine, West China School of Medicine, Sichuan University (China).
Work Background: Mr. Zhao holds the office position of Special Adviser for Taiwan Medical Association and Deputy Secretary-General for Social Hospital Branch, Sichuan Provincial Hospital Association.
Project Experience: Dr Zhao has been engaged in a number of hospital projects which included consultancy of the strategy planning of Southern Hospital in Dazhou, Sichuan and the market feasibility study of Women and Children International Hospital, Guizhou.

Work Background: Dr. Deng is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Tutor of Health Management at Southern Medical University, and also Adjunct Professor, Professional Management of Hospital Executives at Sun-Yet-Sen University (China).
Work Experience: He has done considerable amount of research in China’s National Health Policy, hospital management, local and international healthcare market analysis. He has an impressive relationship with a number of medical colleges having assisting in developing their medical programs planning and management, professionals, specialists and medical students’ continuous medical education, training and development, and faculty and student exchanges. He has also provided strategic planning and personnel training and writing skills.
For example, Dr. Deng has researched and taught the importance of management team resources, the integration of hospitals and social capital to run medical experience, the integration of hospital corporate strategy and hospital-wide operations management implementation together with medical management and clinical doctors’ performance. He has also done hospital mergers, development, expansion, project management, construction and restructuring. He has participated in many hospital management projects and key management individual the expansion project of Guizhou Power Hospital.

Work Experience: Ms. Tian has worked in Accenture (China) Consulting Company Limited and Beijing Genesis Capital Company Limited. She has more than 6 years’ consultancy experience in market evaluation, strategic planning, brand promotion, cultural construction, performance management, business process reengineering and optimization within the healthcare and assets management industry.
She has performed successful enterprise projects in strategic planning, organizational culture development, budget management, resource planning, process optimization/reengineering and performance improvement for local public-listed and small private companies.
Education: Master in Social Medicine and Healthcare Management from South China University of Technology (China).
Work Experience: Mr. Guo has worked many years in hospital administration at the Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University and the Guangzhou First People's Hospital. As a result, he has deep analytical and managerial experience in healthcare investments, hospital performance, hospital operations management and change management.
He has written articles in China Hospital Investment and Operation and Beyond Competition - Hospital Management Cases, and also has written many research articles in academic journals. He has also participated in the strategic planning of Southern Hospital at Dazhou, Sichuan.
Education: MBA from University of Lisbon (Portugal) and Bachelor in Bio-Pharmaceuticals and Law from Southern Medical University.
Work Experience: She has performed research and consultancy in strategy management for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare management. She has participated in market feasibility studies of the Big Healthcare Service Model Research Project for Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Women and Children International Hospital in Guizhou and Health and Wellness Huzhou, Zhejiang.

Work Experience: Ms. Zheng has been an accounting manager for a number of years and have participated in financial research projects for Southern University of Science and Technology and their affiliated hospitals.

Work Experience: She is currently an assistant researcher at Haisen Health Industry Research Center and has published a number of papers in public health journals for China Medical Education. Due to her strong academics, she has participated in healthcare policy research projects which included the Big Healthcare Service Model for Bao’an, Shenzhen.
