Dr. Low is currently ASM’s Founder and Executive Director. He was the former CEO of Welly Hospital (280 bedded general hospital) in Weihai, Shandong (China) where he led in the process of hospital planning, project management, development and operations, and WJ International Healthcare Company where he successfully set up an international medical center (30 bedded inpatient and polyclinic) at the General Hospital of Armed Police in Beijing.

He was also the Director of Business Development, Strategy and Marketing at Penang Adventist Hospital, Hong Kong and Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospitals. His notable achievement in Hong Kong was establishing and developing the future strategic direction, brand reputation, market expansion into Mainland China, expansion of medical evacuation business, customer service excellence, medical and consumer healthcare services. He was also the Project Director of the Adventist Oncology Center and Adventist Retirement Village ventures.

Additionally, he was awarded the International Who’s Who of Professionals in 1999. He is currently serving as a Board Director of Welly Hospital, WJ International Healthcare Company (Hong Kong), Alpha Pacific Capital Limited (Hong Kong) and Kinta Medical Centre (Malaysia).

Dr Low obtained his DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) from University of South Australia, MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University (USA) and BS in Information Science from Andrews University (USA).
