Mr. Wu is currently the Managing Director (since 2008) of Alpha Pacific Capital Ltd., a boutique private capital investment firm with main focus in corporate finance for the industries of healthcare, property, energy and technology (biotech and digital). He concentrates primarily in asset management of healthcare projects for a private equity fund in Hong Kong. In addition, he reviews projects for co-investment opportunities with established family foundations and high net worth investors in Asia.

Furthermore, Mr. Wu provides listing services with international stock exchanges primarily in Hong Kong, Australia and the United States. He also advises on corporate finance and corporate development strategies. His notable achievement has been in co-executing and co-investing in an Indonesian resources company which was subsequently listed in the United States.

Mr. Wu started his investment career with Smith Barney where he was an investment research associate with an accomplished money manager in San Jose, California. Subsequently, he worked at Morgan Stanley, Cupertino, California, as a Financial Advisor where he successfully managed investment portfolios for high net worth technology entrepreneurs.

Apart from the financial sector, Mr. Wu was the Director of Development (2003 to 2008) at an established private hospital in Hong Kong. Additionally, he was a Legal Analyst with law firms in Dallas and San Francisco focusing in legal matters in property, insurance and corporate law.

He was a Board Member (2008 to 2010) of the Association of the Fund-Raising Professionals (United States and International), and holds a Registered Investment Advisor License – NASD Series 65 (inactive).

Mr. Wu obtained his JD (Juris Doctor) from the College of Law, University of Tulsa (USA) and BBA from Andrews University (USA). He has also participated in the EMBA program at Booth School of Business, University of Chicago (USA).
